Why I Created This Blog

When I reflect on my journey in the industry, it becomes clear to me that I’ve had the privilege of learning and experiencing so much, more than I could have imagined when I first started. Through the successes, challenges, and every moment in between, I’ve come to realize how valuable it is to not only learn from those experiences but also to share them. That’s why I’ve decided to create this blog.

Today’s world is changing at a faster pace than ever before. As leaders, it’s our responsibility to adapt, innovate, and remain committed to continuous learning. But there’s something equally important: having a voice. In a world flooded with information, it’s easy to get lost in the noise. But through this blog, I hope to carve out a space where thoughtful reflection, practical advice, and candid storytelling can thrive.

Here, I’ll share insights from the perspective of a passionate cruise traveler in all facets of life— traveling solo, with loved ones, for work, or as a mom of three. Alongside these personal experiences, I’ll dive into the cruise industry, explore travel stories, and offer reflections on leadership, business strategy, industry trends, innovation, and the personal side of what it means to lead. I believe that leadership is more than just making decisions—it’s about inspiring and guiding others, staying open to change, and never losing sight of the people who make it all possible.

But this blog isn’t just about sharing my story. It’s about sparking conversations, exchanging ideas, and fostering a community of diverse individuals. Together, we can challenge conventional thinking, push the boundaries of what’s possible, and create positive change in the industry and beyond.

I’m excited to embark on this journey with you. Whether you’re here for practical advice, curiosity, or simply a fresh perspective, I hope you find value in what I have to say.

Thank you for joining me on this new chapter. Welcome to my blog!
