Seatrade Cruise Global 2021: A Return to the Cruise Industry
We were delighted to participate in the 35th Seatrade Cruise Global Conference, held at the Miami Convention Center.

Throughout the week, we engaged in round table discussions led by industry leaders, listened to keynote speakers from the world’s largest cruise lines, and focused on creating a more sustainable future for the industry.
Despite the conference being smaller than in previous years, it was a significant step towards a return to normality. We were proud to be part of this great community and enjoyed sharing the week with our colleagues from around the world. For those who were unable to attend in person, we encouraged them to watch the livestream.
The week was filled with fun and focused on future sustainable initiatives and technological advancements. Although we were the first industry to be shut down by the pandemic, we remained committed to ensuring that we return better than ever.
We are grateful to have been part of such a wonderful group of friends, partners, and colleagues working towards building a more sustainable industry for tomorrow. We used this opportunity to share our ideas on launching groundbreaking, technology-driven, and sustainable travel experiences. We also extend our sincerest appreciation to those who stopped by our stand, including Lindsay Currie, Sarah Martini, Valentina Pietropaolo, Erika Tache, Priscilla Molina, Elena Trajkovska, Lilla Ferenci, Mico Cascais, Rosangeles Madriz, Michael Koster, Gea Rizo, Geoff Burleton, Melissa De La Cruz, Laura De La Rosa, and Javy Rodriguez.
As day two of the conference came to an end, we reflected on the valuable discussions that took place during the day. These discussions focused on the post-pandemic industry, innovative health and safety regulations, and a new era of cruising in the Caribbean. We were honored to hear from some of the industry’s most respected leaders, including Dr. Calvin Johnson, MD, MPH of Royal Caribbean, Christine Duffy of Carnival, and Ruben Rodriguez of MSC.
We’re looking forward to the future of the cruise industry and are excited to continue being a part of it. Thank you to everyone who made Seatrade Cruise Global 2021 a success. #STCglobal
