Our teams from around the world gathered with great excitement for the Global Cruises Convention 2022. Throughout the week, we shared our adventures on social media, showcasing our creativity, innovation and enthusiasm in the cruise industry.

The conference kicked off in Barcelona, where we explored the theme of innovation through a Walking Tour and Architectural Modern Masterpieces Experience. With the city as the perfect backdrop for our discussions, we captured the essence of urban development and how it is shaping the market.

On Sunday we arrived in Villefranche, enjoying the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. The team split up to visit Monaco and Cannes. We are proud of our team and grateful to our partners for making this event a success.

During the convention, we also discussed the rise of independent travel and the importance of developing experiences that cater to the new wave of travelers. Our Rome Attractions Pass was one of the highlights of the event, allowing passengers to explore iconic attractions and create their own itineraries.

As the convention came to a close in Marseille, surrounded by beautiful contemporary architecture and breathtaking views, we had two interesting conversations. Christine Manjencic spoke about agile innovation, which was the theme of the week, and Mico Cascais discussed the future of Shorex.
